I stayed here twice, mainly because it was recommended by someone on a forum and according to an advertising post made by the owners it would be the cheapest I could find online at the time at 350.

When I arrived there, the price was 400 and the staff unfriendly. They showed me a room which was unacceptably dark, but I refused it and ended up on the top floor on the corner and it was reasonable, though over-priced at 400 baht, and this room is pictured above.

I had trouble working out my connecting bus, so ended up staying a few days. The room was serviced daily, and the cleaning staff were nice, but reception staff were consistently unpleasent. The wifi, unlike some other places, is NOT free.

The second time I arrived quite late and tired. There was a guy who checked me in, and he was particularly friendly, but the over-priced room was still 400. I think they perhaps have a habit of showing you the worst rooms first. I again refused the first dark, first floor room which was over a karaoke bar, and took the second one. But the tv control barely worked, the fridge had a terrible smell coming from it, there was still some kareoke noise coming through the floor and I was woken to the sound of traffic noise and building work, like a concrete-cutting saw. All this for four hundred baht.

Conclusion: Overpriced. There are better options if you search properly before arriving.
