Once this is understood, further practical exercises assist in uncovering a destination, the new life you decide to create.

In part three, the destination is achieved. It consists of practical exercises to:

• Heal all pain, like bitterness about the past, jealousy and anger etc. on a moment-to-moment basis, by permanently freeing the negative emotion.



• Create happiness on a moment-to-moment basis, again by freeing it.



• A unique method that creates the circumstances and abundant material future you've decided on by using happiness and concentration in the present.

A healed and satiated mind living a prosperous and abundant life, naturally inclines towards deeper questions of existence. Part four addresses these questions. Is life only about pursuing the material and positive emotions -- or is there an ultimate state of being which all humans are destined to achieve?

The mystical aspects of the world's religions examined and a conclusion reached that all people who achieve this ultimate state pass through three "realisations". These are explained. Lastly, two gentle exercises are presented, that you might allow the right conditions to exist within you so that the last destination of human existence can naturally unfold in your mind.
